Senior Finance Analyst – Fast‑Growing Global Accommodation Platform

About the role

The Flex is scaling its flexible‑accommodation business internationally and needs a Senior Finance Analyst to build and own the financial infrastructure. You will work directly with founders and senior leaders, providing insight into cash flow, profitability and performance across properties and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring data is complete, validated and supported.
• Identify manual finance processes, design efficient workflows and partner with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other channels.
• Reconcile bank accounts, track accounts payable/receivable and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage statutory filings and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for real‑time performance visibility.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, plan capital requirements and identify financial risks.
• Analyse costs, uncover revenue leakage and propose margin‑improving opportunities.
• Support financial due diligence for acquisitions, investments and new market launches.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting, financial analysis, reporting, payments, budgeting and business performance.
• Ability to work across operations, revenue management, property teams and senior leadership.
• Ambitious mindset with potential to grow into Finance Manager, Head of Finance or CFO‑track.
